Description of the Bug: Cant put out fire in this area

How to reproduce the Bug: start a fire in a small subs house, wait till it spreads behind the gated area, you won't be able to put the fire out but the fire will keep spreading

Temporary solution to the bug is to extinguish the fire through the hedge, which as I noticed lot of people don't know about. You just have to hug the hedge and spray with the fire hose in the direction of the fire. This works with most walls and also part (mainly if you extinguish from inside the bazaar shops) of the bazaar roof (The fire has to be right next to the wall/roof/hedge).
