Suggestion Title: Mayoral Cooldown
Suggestion Description: If a mayor dies/resignes there should be a cooldown before he can become mayor again. Like when he dies, in the next mayoral election he won't be able to candidate.
Why should this be added?:
- more ppl can be mayor
- players who put taxes 25% everytime they are mayor are stopped
-stopping a player being mayor 3 times in a row
What negatives could this have?:
- none that I could think of
What problem would this suggestion solve?: a single player being mayor 3 times in a row
