Suggestion Description: Add an emote for throwing up a middle finger when used

Why should this be added?:
- One more emote added, increasing variety
- To express our dissatisfaction more effectively

What negatives could this have?:
- Development resources
- Being used too frequently, making it appear unserious? (Consider implementing a five-minute cooldown?)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It does not solve any existing problems, merely fun intended

I believe that is a good suggestion as it can be used to create some more roleplay, however I can see it being possibly resulting in many deaths due to people not taking gunpointing seriously, however rules should enforce it as usual with acts
