I am recommending Morgan due to his outstanding RP skills, I have been in many situations with him and it is always a good and fun time. I also noticed when he is On Duty as an Officer He always remains very professional and his effort during a situation is exceptional, I think Morgan is a very competent Officer and I think he deserves to get far in the PD

By outstanding RP do you mean him and his buddy's crowding around bazaar hitting each other with bats while other cops (his friends as well) watch. @Slayerduck seen it all happen as well.

@Janice i can totally agree with you, morgan has been very professional while on duty as an officer. He knows what he is doing at all times, he is very friendly and he will be happy to answer any questions that you may seek from him.
