Suggestion Title: motorcycles on perp
Suggestion Description: we have lots of cars in the game and aside from the trike perp has nothing different and i think it would be sick to add motorcycles to perpheads, gives people another thing to keep grinding for after they get there dream car or something

Why should this be added?:
- something new and different but fits with rp

What negatives could this have?:
- could have a bug or two

What problem would this suggestion solve?: boredom, keeps continuity in the game

Suggestion Title: Motorcycles in V6
Suggestion Description: (DISCLAIMER: This would be best to add after V6 since as of now, motorcycles wouldn't work well with V5 Paralake)

This would add motorcycles purchasable from the Car Dealership.
The motorcycles themselves should be not as expensive as a regular car, however the motorcycle and the rider would be more vulnerable to car crashes.
(Meaning that crashes can be pretty expensive for the rider since it would be easier to tier it than a normal car.)
Another thing with motorcycles is that if someone riding a motorcycle rams...

more police chase maybe as its easier to get away i suppose
