[NBD] OttoTheFuzzBall is a fairly new player to PERP. Recently he has joined the forums and feel that now is an good time to commend him on his superb role playing skills. I have seen him on patrol as officer and he conducts himself amazingly, better than most officer not on the white list. He keeps a calm attitude all the time and is very open to learning all of the rules and laws. If only more sweaters could perform as well as him!
