Need a second monitor

Any good budget monitors for like under 150€, need a second monitor used for gaming and other stuff but nothing too big, 144hz would be nice but not needed, needs to be 23-24'' and 1080p

dont look at the up/downsides on coolblue tough, it says my monitor doesn't have build in sound, it clearly has, both trough an audio jack and trough hdmi
