New Flashlight animation

Topic: Put new Flashlight animation, so we wont have lighting hands anymore.





Short explanation (in notes):
-Looks much better
-Deletes stupid lighting hands

Detailed description (why should it become added/...): It should be added to make this mod better, actually I think, that people dont like lighting hands, and wants some animations.
Also using flashlight with having a gun. it might not be that hard to make that, when you made animation for holding a phone or eating.

Now you might ask, how you gonna use flashlight animation with ''heavy'' gun, well, question is simple, there should be remade textures of guns and put just simply flashling on it to look like that:

The light now looks too unrealistic. The new one looks realistic.

Adding a flashlight animation is a good idea as it's been with the phone but would it make PERP better? After the devs are done with more important things it will be worth making it but I think that it's not necessary right now.
