Main idea: Make NPCs order from courier
Description: Make NPCs place orders to the courier at various stores around the city periodically when there are no orders ready for pickup at the warehouse.
Edit: I suggest 2-5 minutes (after the queue returns to "no packages, active or waiting" and randomized between) between orders.
Pros:
-Gives a reason to play courier
-Makes courier not sitting around for hours and doing nothing
-Adds a minor amount of realism as the stores would not just be stocked from nowhere
-Will make it so players will be able to order more often as there will be a courier to deliver their supplies.
Cons:
-Could possibly clog the delivery queue, however as I said "when there are no orders ready for pickup" this would only add orders when there were no orders already waiting.
