Suggestion Title: Org Color Incentive
Suggestion Description: If the car spawned by the organization member is colored with the organization color, the player will gain 1.5x the XP for any activity.

Why should this be added?:
- Organizations being recognized by their car color
- Organizations being more uniform
- Incentivizing players to compete more with other orgs to gain notoriety
- Harmless to those who don’t care or play casually
- Enjoyable for everyone to see an org driving same color cars, It was sick when NWA did it back in V5 or how Vault Corp has been rocking the same uniform
- Cheap to do for any player

What negatives could this have?:
- none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Some Organizations can lack recognizability, this allows players to be rewarded for having a common look amongst their organization and can lead to an organization having a level of status based on that symbolism.
 
Some organisations prefer not to all be in the same colour clothing and want to be identified by their own clothing that they may have been using for a long period of time, giving other organisations extra levels of XP / a 'multiplier' would be statistically unfair for those other organisations, I'm also not too sure how spawning a car would link with all the other XP rewarding activities?
 
Weirdly I don't mind this idea, an issue for plpd with these bigger orgs is that there is not really a way to identify flankers Vs someone just being stood around
 
While I think it can be XP rewards (and certainly not that high), perhaps minor benefits to the vehicle itself like cheaper repairs, cheaper re-fuels or other stuff that would promote people to buy and color the vehicles to match the organisation like maybe even discounts on the car itself. Think of it like a company getting exclusive benefits that private people normally do not get.

Supercars or anything above 900K should be excluded. Maybe even anything over 600K, people should use these lower tier cars more often but I think also get something out of return if it's for the organisation.
 


Anyone who doesn't want to do this will effectively get 50% less experience. I'm baffled this wasn't listed as a negative. I wouldn't want to force orgs to have an uniform for clothes or vehicles. If they adopt it on their own, good. But it doesn't suit all play styles and will make the vehicle pool less interesting. Knowing how some people work with incentives, I don't think this is a thing that needs to be rewarded.
