Suggestion Title: Org perk to message the dealer to see someone's status.
Suggestion Description: As said by @Allen in a different forum "I would like to see some kind or org perk where you can text the dealer to find out if someone is in police custody, be that either handcuffed, in jail, or dead". This would help prevent the situation many have encountered where they break out someone who was released.

Why should this be added?:
- Stops bans relating not enough investigation
- Quicker way to investigate if someone is jailed

What negatives could this have?:
- Maybe used to break NLR in certain situations?

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Being unable to quickly solve if someone in being arrested without potentially breaking rules.

Other perk ideas

1.Being able to see how many cops are on and how many of them are TFU (or have access to TFU gear)

2.Being able to see someone's owned property / cars after you type in their name (would be rp'd similar as the warrant perk where a "pd snitch" gives out information)

3.Being able to block house alarm / life alert calls in a close proximity of whoever sent out the text, would have a 1-2 hour cooldown and it would last 1-5 minutes (this is a long shot but Im just writing shit as It comes to my mind, it could be rp'd as a pd snitch removing these calls)

4.Having an extra chem table or extra planter, however this should be lvl 50, but it could still be overkill with the other perk that gives you 10% extra cash for your drugs

5.Better drills for bank robberies that jam less and drill faster (payday 2 moment) or a perk where the drug dealer takes less cut from unlaundered money (so you get more money per bank robbery, without changing how much is in the vault)

There is not a single thing you unlock between lvl 30 and 40, it takes months to get from lvl 30 to 40 and its a massive waste of potential, and the max lvl (50) is an useless extra teamspeak channel which is very disappointng, not to mention more than half levels are either very boring (slightly faster crafting, extra teamspeak channel) or straight up do nothing

Only way I can see this work, if you can only check, if any of your org mates are already arrested and the law and length they were arrested for. Anything else would lead to people assuming stuff, like they do and then get banned.

The "dealer/perk" is not all knowing and has no way of knowing, if someone is cuffed or dead, as you barely have that information shared over the radio for example.
