Suggestion Title: Org Perks for Getaway
Suggestion Description: Spray Paint:

After unlocking this perk, player will be able to purchase a service to respray their vehicle to a random color. Paying a sum of money first on the phone, then the player will be told to drop off the vehicle at a specific discrete location and wait for 60s for the quick respray to complete. Once done, a random color will be laid over the car. This respray is temporary until the vehicle is pulled out of storage again.

Temporary Tire:

After Unlocking this perk, the player will be able to purchase stolen tire repair kits. These tire repair kits are illegal to possess and count as stolen equipment, chargeable with theft.

The player can use this tire repair kit to fix the tire for a temporary duration but it will take some time to apply. This will be give the criminal a chance to continue the chase if they lost sight for a little and they want to get to a car spawn location or to repair their tires at an actual mechanic shop before the tires deflate once more.

Why should this be added?:
- Make chases more fun for criminals who like to play cat and mouse with police.
- Criminals will have more elaborate ways to do Chop Shop
- Fun for cops and RTU who like the chase.
- Can involve Dispatch help by allowing them to even sometimes counter act this by giving surveillance and calling out these crime tactics to police.
- Adds more org perks to fill out the roster so people have more to earn.

What negatives could this have?:
- I can't think of any to be honest, feel free to point out any.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Adding more perks to the roster of Orgs

Re spraying the car would have very little effect, as people may just recognise the car, and any location where a car would be re sprayed would have to be specific and relatively meta very quickly, and the car would need some good time to be re sprayed too. It wouldn’t be convenient or really functional and for that reason it shouldn’t exist.

Having tire repair kits is okay I guess but I don’t know why they’d be illegal though?

Respray wouldn't work on hyper cars because of their scarcity which really balances itself out I feel. If respraying a simple popular car like a Lexus IS F, then it really shows its usefulness when you are known as a black Lexus then change into a red one or a blue one. This helps criminals avoid unnecessary shootouts by taking extra measures.

Having tire repair kits is okay I guess but I don’t know why they’d be illegal though?

Making them stolen equipment makes it

1) a trade-able special class contraband that holds value in the market akin to Car bombs.
2) Adds up with the way Paralake only gives Roadcrew workers tire repair kits and not just your average civilian. If It was legal, then we'd just let any joe shmoe buy it from a RC NPC.
3) If it was intended for law-abiding citizens, I'd see it being better if it had a Skill to go alongside it or if it correlated with your rank in RC to level up your proficiency in installing the tire repair and how long the repair lasts for. Which is a can of worms I am sure would flunk the feasibility of this suggestion.
