Why should it be added?: less cop baiting more serious rp

Pros: No cop baiting and players will think before they are taking an actions

Increase XP loss with the years, so getting 2 years doesn't lose you as much as a 10 years sentence

Only have it for 8 years and above otherwise literally anything will cause the org to lose xp and we cant do much about it. On the other hand with 7-8 years+ we can jailbreak and stop it from happening
