I'll post another suggestion here: Signs that you can write on. Doesn't have to be fancy, just shows the text when you aim at the sign would be enough. This would be useful for putting warnings in base entrances.

What about a mayors postal service. For example if somewone wants to send a letter to the mayor or maybe he can send a letter to one of the gov employees and the postman should get the pay checks and get xtra money for giving the letter to the players.
