Suggestion Title: PERP TS spam protection change
Suggestion Description: I would like to use push-to-mute in the perpheads teamspeak so that I am not talking over other people in the channel whilst also talking in-game, the issue is that when using functionalities on the TS server too quickly will result in the user not being able to use anything on teamspeak for a short while as there is a cooldown for spam. This also could mean that my mic will stay muted and will not be able to unmute myself which can get annoying.

Why should this be added?:
- QoL change

What negatives could this have?:
- Could be abused but I highly doubt anyone would go ahead and fuck up the TS these days ngl

Can't you just use push to talk? Effectively the same thing as muting your mic.

I'd prefer to use voice activation

if you have a second monitor id recommend just hotkeying toggle mute, mines on pgup

If you download teamspeak 5 this is a built in feature

you can see here I have one bound to x for local chat and b for radio

I’m pretty sure this is the exact same functionality on ts3, being CM probably voids the spam cool-down
