Suggestion Title: Phone should be to someones ear already when its ringing
Suggestion Description: The phone is critical to roleplay, whenever someone starts to make a call it isn't up until the moment that someone actually answers the phone on the other side when you see the caller put the phone to his ear

This will make things better overall.
