Server Suggestion Picking up props when standing still

Suggestion Title: Picking up props when standing still
Suggestion Description: A suggestion to make props only be picked up when the player is standing still and not moving.

Why should this be added?:
- No more accidental prop pickups while sprinting around the base

What negatives could this have?:
- Developer Time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Accidentally picking up items while sprinting around base.
If you have any other negatives this suggestion could have please list them.

I would love if this was added, I accidentally pick up my defences every like 10 seconds

- Picking up road barriers as cop or roadcrew will be extremely slow and painfull, will end up with cops or roadcrew leaving them more often.
- For the builders that like to build cool structures, this would make the process even slower and more difficult, especially if you want to redo some section of your build.

I think this would solve a small issue and create a big issue, people leaving road barriers will end up with more reports about wrecked cars or staff needing to remove them. And builders will be less likely to build something as often as before.

I dont believe this outweighs the downsides.

How about the ability to rebind alt+E to "another button" + E? This would both solve things for inability to not press your E key while sprinting but still allow players who like the alt+E function to still keep their ability of easily picking props up (such as cops,rc,builders) and not confusing about 80% of the playerbase with this change?
