you can join the server and hold tap and see your name if it blue or no or hold q and you can see on top mid screen if you have it in green and when it will end

or go to bans https://bans.perpheads.com/ and search for your name you will see if you are premium or no (might not work if you never receive ban/warning/blacklist)

Hold Q, at the top of your screen it will tell you when it does or has expired.
If you have brought it and it has not updated, go to the City Hall, turn left from the front desk and there is a "library" room where the person behind that desk will verify it and update it for you.

So the premium you have is a one week i believe since you started it. By buying premium you need to ask someone. you'll need about 100k-200k to get it
