Radio/Models screwing up

For your "Annoying Sounds" Try Snd_restart in console. It should reset you sounds to normal. For the Radio Wheel not showing up, Install or Re-Install our Content. It should fix it. https://perpheads.com/threads/how-to-install-our-content-pack.543/

It got fixxed by buying CSS but i have 1 more issue spamming me and thats
