Why should this appeal be considered: Please I want my rating ban to be gone, I want to rate people again I am sorry what I did with Wiki, I will never listen to him again I just really want to have my permissions to rate people again, I am terribly sorry and I hope this is considered even the tiniest bit, I understand I have been rating banned before but I really am sorry and won't ever do it again, I was just stupid and it was late at night.
