This refund request will be denied if you do not have the administrative part of this situation dealt with. Prove that you would have kept the gun if the other player would not have broken 3.4, and whether or not he/she did.

As you did not die because someone broke 3.4 but rather lost your gun after you were already dead, there was no way to be sure that the gun would have been returned to your new character.​
