Reason for Request: i was playing some blackjack yesterday and at the end of my hand i won 400k but my game died it showed the red connecting thing in the top after i logged in i didnt have the 400k in my bankacount thats when i made a report and talked to bnjeman and he already tried to get me refunded but there was no one online that could do it so he said i should make a request for the refund on the forum

Are you sure you didn’t gamble 100k and get the 200k as a prize? 200K would show in your “current bet” upon winning if you won an 100k bet.

when i got the 200K+ win that you see in the bank acount i had 639k after that i played 1 hand where i doubled down where i got nothing and lost for 200k so that is 439k then i played the hand that i am talking about where i played 100k so that is 339k then i doubled down on that hand and then it went too 239k and then i won the hand and my game crashed as you can see and didnt get the winnings from the hand in my bank acount so a double down with 200k and i win is 200k back from what i put in and 200k profit so then my balance should be 639k again not 239k you can see in the screen that it says total bet is 200k and you can litterly see that i didnt get anything from that hand so what you are saying doesnt make any sense if that even was the case
