Reason for Request: I was banned by Console "Alt Account" although I wasn't. I believe that I should get reimbursement in some way for being wrongly banned, although it wasn't anybody's fault, I had missed out by waiting 5 straight days while trying to get help from the discord "Help and Support" and admins that I tried to contact, while also being accused by an admin on my action request (I felt as if I was accused even when I had made a action request) "https://gyazo.com/c73bc425a9ffa32a9fec15cc167e8dfe". I believe that I should get some kind of return due to missing out on 5 days of my premium status, and missing out on 5 days of daily spins (maybe could have won a car or money), and the possibilities of making money on the server.
