Because Jedstewis killed me when he was a secret service at city hall for no reason when I spawned. I had an AK-74U in my back and it would kind of make littlebit sense that he kills me if he's a new player if the mayor has been threatened or such, but I just spawned there and didn't really do anything wrong. He didn't give me a chance to do anything, he just shot me about 1 second after I spawned and then disconnected from the server. Thanks for @SpaceShots for handling the situation extremely professionally as always.
