Reason for Request: So, I was defender at Projex 1 and a guy raided me. So I killed him, the guy had a pistol. After I killed him, an officer came in and shot me dead for no reason as I was putting away the gun. After that happened, I tabbed out and I couldn't tab back in and they revived me, but they thought I was the raider so they put me in cuffs but I was the defender. I couldn't tell them that because my game crashed and I came back and found myself in prison.

This is just unfair, if I didn't crash I would've told them that I was defender and that I had keys, and I wouldn't have lost my rifle but I did because my game stopped responding. I talked to Chris Flynn since apparently he was at the scene and he told me to file a refund request.

Hey, no I just told Chris about it on discord but I did not do a report in game. Should I do it now?

https://streamable.com/u0ypms this is the video of me getting revived in game but I couldnt tab back in since nothing was responding on my PC as shown. If I had the chance to tab back in, I would've told them that it was my base and they would've let me keep my gun and not arrest me.

1st clip, they had announced themselves and entered the property, I do not hear your voice audio from your clip however and you were then shot and killed due to you pulling up your firearm after being asked to surrender.
The second clip just shows you scrolling through files on your computer and being revived by a medic and officers.

If it was to get sustained, you would be able to make a refund request after the conclusion has been reached.
