You weren’t actually killed by the player who had constructed the defence, or the other player utilising it. You were flanked and killed from behind. Even if you had died as a result of that defence, they did not gain an outstanding advantage from it and your chance of surviving with that weapon was not realistically large enough to justify having your weapon refunded.

Avoid creating refund requests in relation to action requests unless instructed to do so by a staff member. Had I wanted you to have the weapon back, I would have told you.
