Why do you want your item(s) refunded: Because someone in-game scammed me for VIP(Premium) his OOC name is 'Aidan|DaleAGaming' i paid 65k to the seller and my friend gave him my Steam ID(STEAM_0:0:68844899) he said he the transaction was complete, therefore I re-logged and I didn't receive VIP, I re-logged again and i still haven't received it.

Evidence: Imperial Watch dealt with the situation first at hand, he's going to issue a permanent ban if he doesn't relog to discuss why he scammed me.
