I can confirm that the player that was being mugged broke server rules, his punishment was a ban. I also suggest you add your friends item in to this refund request as a deagle only cost about 4700.

I was present in the situation myself, we heard somebody jump out of a vehicle in which we (Police) investigated but got into a firefight. If the person wouldn't have jumped out of a locked vehicle and killing himself this wouldn't have happened in the first place so feel free to claim the following items for:
