Why do you want your item(s) refunded: I raided office with some mates, took out all of the residents bar one unarmed resident who I tied up with /mes. I then went downstairs to shove my gun in my car and come back up for the rest of the guns, upon arriving I found that the person who I tied up had magically untied himself, stored all the guns and legged it.
