Why do you want your item(s) refunded: User sorle burnded down my shop with a molotov while breaking 3.5. User thought this didn't apply when you reconnect to the server (which does apply.) User then proceeded in motovoting my shop and killing me shortly after. Have had a sit with @Testa and which he told sorle that it wasn't allowed to remember things when reconnecting.
