Before people freak out with the dumb ratings on his post, I know the situation as I just dealt with it. To the SA who deals with the refund, the user dropped his money when about to purchase a gun, then timed out, rejoining to find the shop had been sold.

Make a report in-game and a Senior Administrator will deal with it as soon as possible. Please ensure you link this thread in your report.
