Remembering Nottoc

man this is so sad may she rest easy, dont think we interacted but most likely saw her. this is also very sad as this is right around the corner of v6, may we remember her in the new version of paralake as she never got to experience it ;(

My thoughts are with her friends and family. Always found her to be an intelligent and highly witty person who's input and advice was well respected and held in high regard. She was always willing to help out others if they asked too, she will be missed greatly.

Really sorry to hear that, especially so young. She had my respect and I'm sure she'll be in good hands, rest in peace.

very sad to hear this news today. if only she could see the love and message's we have sent to her.
May the Lord be your guide and protector as you travel on your way to a new beginning. <3

What sad news this is to read, and a reminder of how precious life is.

Rest well Nottoc, you were a truly unique and charismatic individual with strong morals which you never once compromised. You had an overwhelming impact on countless members of our community. Thank you for all of the unrivalled passion you devoted not just to this community and the roles you held therein, but to the friends you made along the way by whom you were known and so clearly loved.

I really didn't want to wake up to this. I didn't know her very much; we had short conversations running into each other as PD. However, from that short conversation, I could sense she was a great person, a friendly person. Knowing she is in a better place now makes me feel good at least. I wish I knew her better. The fact she served PD and the server for a decade means a lot. Rest in peace now. Thanks for everything.

Dear all,

It is with great sadness that I inform you that Nottoc, a long-standing and valued member of our community and a good friend, recently passed away.

Nottoc has been a part of our community for a decade, with her primary focus being directed towards PLPD in recent years. Nottoc set the record for the most observation reports submitted in one month, becoming a TFU command member shortly thereafter. Her efforts within the department were commended, and she received the promotion to Deputy Chief of Department, where she served until very recently.

Nottoc befriended many and influenced even more, whether it be through her efforts and leadership within the department, her cheery and humorous mood on and off duty, or her kindness to everyone who approached her.

Please take a moment to remember Nottoc for who she was, as a member of the PERPHeads community and a friend to many within it, but more importantly, beyond that, who she was a person, and the significant contributions that she brought to people’s lives.

Our thoughts go out to all who knew her within and outside our community.

Rest in Peace, Nottoc.
Jay Springer here. Just now seeing this and damn its wild. Even tho she ALWAYS was the one to arrest me that made her an even better player and person. She was always funny about situations and lowk got me out of trouble sometimes when she felt like it. So for that its forever respect from me. LLN

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un

Grief is an unexplainable thing; it never leaves you, yet it is a part of life and something we always seem to overlook. When I first heard the news, I rushed to text her on everything just in the hope that it wasn't true and nothing but a sick joke for April's Fools--anything that could tell me that the news wasn't true, but unfortunately, that fear became a reality, and it's only something that began to set in the longer it took to get a reply.

Wiki was a friend I've known for just over 10 years, and to hear this news has hit hard, and assumingly so for the many that knew her and it was a privilege to know her for as long as I had the honour of. When Wiki made their return to the community after about 4-5 years, I remember hearing her voice and recognising her immediately, and we immediately reconnected, and had done so as if no time had passed at all and ended up spending time together along with a couple of others.

The person she developed into, despite the challenges she faced and obstacles she overcame, was a journey in and of itself, and something to admire. Wiki had a beautiful soul, and it's crazy I even have to talk in the past tense... she was a delight, and a kind-hearted person that I'm sure all of us wish we could spend one more moment with.

It's so important to cherish the moments you have with people: friends, family, anyone. You never know when your goodbye is the last goodbye.

To Wiki:

I hope you're okay, I hope you're happy, and I hope you're able to rest easily. It's crazy because it feels like we only spoke recently, and it doesn't feel real. You are an amazing friend, and an amazing person who I've known for such a long time. Do me one favour and smack the shit out of the number taker for me.

Rest easily my old friend, you're so dearly loved and you're missed. Insha'Allah, you're able to sleep peacefully. I wish I had the chance to speak to you one more time, just anything to say goodbye. Thank you for everything, and may we cross paths in another life.

Goodnight my old friend, I miss you. Goodbye Wiki :)
