Suggestion Title: Remove Bank Robbery NPC from Glass Co
Suggestion Description: The Bank Robbery NPC is very clearly visible from the Camera at the Business Gas Station.
Risk is that some dispatchers will use this to metagame potential bank raids.

Why should this be added?:
- Lowering the risk of a dispatcher or officers driving by metagaming

What negatives could this have?:
- None

What problem would this suggestion solve?: potential Metagaming

Given future plans for that area I would rather just move the camera

That would slightly suck for Dispatch as its the only real camera having visual on Gas Station, Glass Co and Mill Street, unless a similar camera is placed again.
