Suggestion Title: Remove the Railing Throwoff
Suggestion Description: Remove the thing which throws people off railings at places like Slums

Why should this be added?:
Because it's stupid. Short and simple.

What negatives could this have?:
People will actually have to try for their Darwin Award.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It fixes the issue of EMS needing to be called to places like Slums, and allows people to have fun by allowing them to parkour.

Maybe only add this in the winter version of the map as it being "Icey/slippery" but other then that fully agree

Not removed but it will push you inwards instead
