Suggestion Title: Remove unarmed requirement for running for mayor
Suggestion Description: Remove the unarmed requirement for putting your name forward for the mayoral election (resubmitted after suggestion wipe)
Why should this be added?:
It serves literally no purpose. If you arm yourself between running and being elected, your gun is stored and returned to you anyway.
What negatives could this have?:
