thatd be incorrect the for "no reason" part because these men gunpointed me about 5 mins before.

It doesn't look like you had a plan in this it looks like you deliberately just went up to them in public and shot them. You didn't have any plan for how you would deal with witnesses. Which is still considered 3.4. Personally I feel it would help if you posted a demo allowing staff to see your perpspective.

Additionally, I would like to know if you were caught by police or even if the police were watching.

never was caught by the police, and they were not watching, if you check the logs no warrant or anything was made. im using my phone rn in a couple of hours ill be home and upload the demo overnight

They gunpointed me about 10 minutes before and tried to mug me, but they left for some reason.
