Suggestion Title: resizing the f1 menu
Suggestion Description: so the ability to either move and resize the crafting and f1 menu or to have half of the crafting menu, there's a lot of dead space where we can put it to watch yt and craft at the same time without coming out the menu

Why should this be added?:
- to make crafting more enjoyable

What negatives could this have?:
- none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: being board whist crafting

If you want to watch YouTube at the same time, why not just use Shift-Tab? Especially with the updates Valve have made to it where you can pin a window to stay up once you've returned in-game. That would resolve your problem of "being bored whilst crafting"

So when you shift tab, open the web browser and goto your website of choice then in the top right corner i believe there should be a pin icon you click.

this menu was made in the 90's and they had no idea stuff should be responsive, in order for this too happen the entire thing would have to be recoded, not happening anytime soon
