Suggestion Title: Return Police Vehicle from Armory NPC
Suggestion Description: We can return our police vehicles to the Main Desk NPC but we are unable to do the same with the Armory NPC.
Why should this be added?:
If we can spawn a vehicle from the Armory NPC, we should also be able to return it to the same NPC.
What negatives could this have?:
N/A
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Officers are leaving their vehicles spawned to avoid having to run upstairs. No more stacked and abandoned vehicles!
