Suggestion Title: Rewarranting suspects that get broken out of jail.
Suggestion Description: Pretty self explanatory, every time someone does a PD raid, somehow they never get rewarranted for the crimes they were booked for even though you always have to go through an NPC at PD that witnesses the entire thing. The current work around is a supervisor noticing the PD raid happened and readding it, but that doesnt get done about 95% of times.

Why should this be added?:
- Realism
- Should've been a thing already

What negatives could this have?:
- Dev time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: - People kosing straight after PD raiding thinking they would logically be warranted.

I think this would make the whole concept of PD raiding obsolete. It would just create a vicious, endless cycle of people being broken out, re-warranted, captured, and then broken out again. There would be limited scope for them once broken out to go and do anything substantive.

I do somewhat appreciate the point about 'realism' but as we know this is a game and the goal is not strict realism it is striking a balance between the gameplay loop and emulating real life, and I think people should stop using 'realism' as a catch-all sledgehammer for saying that something is good or bad.

I feel like adding a new charge that would be classified as "Jailbreak", that isn't 7+ years and is automatically added would do better. That way the person would be eligible to be broken out once only, preventing further PD raids.
