Suggestion Title: Roulette
Suggestion Description: I think it'd be really cool to have roulette at the casino

Why should this be added?:
- It'd be another way to make big money, since the only main ways are the slot machines and the daily spins. It'd basically be the better version of the daily spin since it could output more rewards by costing money instead of being provided for free twice a day.

What negatives could this have?:
- The daily spin might have to have it's rewards toned down in order to make the roulette appealing

Why would the daily spin wheel need to be nerfed for roulette? Roulette payouts IRL are equal to the Odds of winning. A high risk high reward game like roulette would suffice greatly.
