Due to the excessive number of cars wrecked by this user, it seems like it is intentional. As you can see, since the 28th of January he has wrecked 11 cars in total which is completely excessive. I will need to speak to him as to why he is doing this. Annoyingly he doesn't have a forum account so I will need to try and find him in game. Please create a report in game with a link to this refund request for $28,000 to be refunded; the cost of the T1 repair (https://paralakecars.store/cars/view/65) as you've already paid for it to be repaired.
