Why do you want your item(s) refunded: Officer smashed with full speed into me, after I was hit by another officer and rammed into a wall, the officer instead of trying to proper avoid evading me, after only 30 seconds of driving, as they had just concluded I was evading even with following indication law etc, smashed directly into me and caused my car to be fully destroyed.
