Why do you want your item(s) refunded: I bought the jeans at Jennifer's and they don't appear on my character demo, I've restarted the game and my pc and reinstalled the game and used different versions (original and chromium) and the regular jeans always still appear. Everyone also seems to only see the regular jeans. I've lost about 15K in clothes before this incident by the same method and I thought it would be fixed by now (I didn't have evidence back then and I'm not ready to look through hours of demos)
