Punishment Type: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @pug
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 2 Weeks

Your Steam Name: Nugget
Your Roleplay Name: Alexander Simons
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:620999538

Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4, 3.22

Why should this appeal be considered?: Because the staff member didnt even take a part of the officer going 70-80 mph on a 45 mph zone and didnt even consider the delay and lag of garrys mod, tried to tell him the whole story but he just said "i dont believe you at all you will be getting a 2 weeks ban", i told him everything but still decided he would go with the officers part of the story and didnt try to get balanced.

Additional Information: A 2 weeks ban for a crash is way too much, its not my issue due to having a bad computer running the game and having casual delay, i was minding my own business for god's sake, (the officer had a partner that told me it was okay, so i just left the scene).

Where is the evidence for this ban? You can not dispute the length of the ban, you must create a staff complaint if you disagree with that.

As i said the evidence is with the other part of the ban (@pug)

I didnt know that i would get punished as the partner of that officer said "its okay you could leave" so i did not capture the clip

Well, its 2:12 AM (at my timezone) so i might reply later if you send anything (just a headsup).

Hello, im here once again to check on the appeal, so what has happened???

After having viewed the evidence provided in the comments and your demo, we have concluded that you were not in breach of the rules.
Upon the collision happening, you had yet to enter the highway, meaning that rule 3.22 is not applicable. Furthermore, we recognise that the vehicle you were driving has a large turning radius. This, combined with your relatively high ping, lead to you mistakenly being on the incorrect side of the road for a small duration of time.

The police officer who was involved in the collision was travelling at speeds of around 80 MPH, whilst entering a 35 zone. They should have slowed down.
