[SOLVED] Cant join the sever at all or website.

Alright my friend cant join the server or visit the website. When he tries to join the server it just says refresh like the server is down when its not. And when he tries to visit the website he gets this

. I would be happy if i could get some fast answers!
(NOTE) He has tried other browsers but it doesnt work either

probably it's a bug dealing with his browser.
try disinstalling Firefox (or chrome i didn't understand which one is he using) and re-installing it
