[SOLVED] GTA5 launcher has stopped working

I'm unable to play the game.

If not you should try it, but before you'll do that try to run it as "Administrator".

Not only did I reinstall it, I deleted everything, and I mean everything. Then I reinstalled windows, still the same problem.

Are you running your gta 5 with any mods? If so , try and check your mods folder , check if there is any mods that are not updated.
If your not running with any mods , go into your folder delete GTA5.exe and reinstall it

Fixed it by: Uninstalling Rockstar Social Club and starting it trough steam. Steam installs Social Club again and it worked.
