Is there a way to fix this error?:
Error initializing music stream. BASS_ERROR_UNKNOWN
I tried to change stations but in some stations it won't let me hear it.

It's because some radio stations don't work, such as Hip-Hop which use to be a really good station but it shut down. I'm pretty sure there's a thread on this already and it says if someone finds a radio station wich is a certain type of file they will happily implement the radio station to Hip-Hop or the others that don't work.

Oh, well I did not know that. Thanks for explaining it.
