Why do you want your item(s) refunded: a shootout was caused by a guy saying "shoot me" while being mugged, was absolutely massive and unneeded and like at least 2-3 rounds of cops were shot as a result, leading to the large unneeded ammo consumption. 10k ticket and ak47 because I got shot and arrested on the 3rd respawn
