Start accepting law change suggestions

Description of the idea: A nice bit of direct democracy, we should have law suggestions like normal suggestions where there is a mandatory poll which should run for maybe a month or so and at the end of this, the law change is either accepted or denied. (should be denied by default if there is a draw as there is no clear majority)

Why should this be added? (pros): There are law change suggestions from 2017 This will speed things up and allow us to have actual input on how to fix these broken laws of ours.

What negatives could this have? (cons): None, hopefully with the community deciding there will never be a hugely disliked law

*Other additions: Maybe remove all the current law suggestions or compile them into "great reform bills" based on similarity? idk

+Support To be honest I think the whole law change/addition process should be changed entirely. Every law should be voted on and then if it has enough votes I think it should be passed onto lets say a small council filled with around 4-5 members who are trusted enough and they will decide if it is needed or not. This will not only have a dedicated team to law suggestions therefore speeding the overall process up but also will introduce a new interesting role in the server for players to enjoy. In addition, if staff really are 100% against the law change and generally don't want this ever to be a thing then I guess on rare occasions they would override the council.

Pretty sure they've been neglected due to the planned city council implementation.

But we all know that's never gonna happen.

Yeah as stated above I just think it should be as simple as five trusted people voting on a law to be added/adjusted. But council would only consider it if it had a large majority amount of votes or something.

See the issue with laws being accepted or denied is there isn’t anything game breaking within the server laws.

I could start just whacking suggestions from the forums on the paralake.city website as motions that can be voted on? If we start having two or three open every week, we will start to resolve them.

I can whitelist a few users (probably PD/staff members who have decent level of English) to write some too.

Announcements in game? I can write a system to check if there are open motions and get a broadcast to be made every X minutes. I could write this system this evening, it won't take very long.

@TinySlayer Maybe make it like google surveys, you get small rewards for completing surveys. With small I mean like 1 to 5k
