Server Suggestion Stolen cars dont despawn if their owner leaves

Suggestion Title: Stolen cars dont despawn if their owner leaves
Suggestion Description: If a car is stolen and the owner leaves instead of instantly despawning it only despawns after nobody has been in it for 5 minutes.

Why should this be added?:
- Prevents unnecessary shootouts if crims are using a stolen car
- Realism
- QoL

What negatives could this have?:
- dev time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Cars despawning when you are in the middle of using them.

I looked back on this thread and im curious why people think it would be a negative implementation, please leave a message if you downvoted explaining why since I really don't see anything bad about it.
